Heartland Alliance to hold art benefit

Artists from across the nation will come together for Heartland Alliance's Art Against AIDS benefit Feb. 28.

The event will take place from 6-10 p.m. at the River East Art Center, 435 E. Illinois, and will feature a live and silent art auction. Over 80 works of art by local and national artists will be auctioned off.

Proceeds from the art auction will go towards the services offered at the Uptown health center.
