Just in time for Valentine's Day comes Botanic Garden, a new ménage à trois romance about a woman and a man and the ghost of her first husband. Botanic Garden is a world-premiere romance by North Shore resident Todd Logan that stars two of Chicago's most gifted performers, Carmen Roman and James Leaming ( who wear the ol' ball-and-chain in real life ) . And the director of Botanic Garden is none other than Oscar-winning actress Olympia Dukakis, who knows something about men and women and men who are women from her performances as Mrs. Madrigal in TV's Tales of the City. Botanic Garden plays through March 9 at Victory Gardens Greenhouse, 2257 N. Lincoln; 773-871-3000; $35.
